I read this great article by Darnell Self and it spoke to me so much that I wrote it down. So know I am going to add it to my blog. :)
"As leaders, we influence people to do things that they other-wise wouldn't if it weren't for our influence. So what does that mean? Well, we can influence folks to do much of nothing or we can influence folks to do a little bit more. I would say. i would say (the choice should be) a little bit more! "
